When my partner and I created our Practice over 20 years ago, our goal was simply to give our clients the best legal representation possible. I believe that every client deserves to be treated like family. I was born and raised in Queens, New York and now live on Long Island. I have been successfully practicing personal injury law since I was first admitted to the New York Bar in 1994.

Tom Mele began his career in 1974 after entering into the United States Armed Forces working with United States Navy. After being discharged in 1978, Mr. Mele begin working as an investigator for local investigative agencies in the tri-state area. His quick actions and and ability to expedite and foresee situations, Tom Mele became an asset to both the insurance companies, as well as plaintiffs attorneys. Over the past 20 years Mr. Mele has worked diligently with plaintiff attorneys understanding the severity of soft tissue injuries.
Insurance companies are in business to minimize exposure and to minimize a soft tissue injury that could be more detrimental and create a long term condition than a simple fracture. Mr Mele began to realize that insurance companies take advantage of the very same individuals that pay premiums on a monthly basis to protect them, Insurance companies have an obligation to protect there insured and to provide compensation should an individual and or insured become Hurt as a result of negligence in any type of accident.
In 1995 Mr Tom Mele began studying all aspects of soft tissue injury, Attending dozens of C.L.E courses, and working side by side with multi discipline medical centers. Studying and understanding Insurance company strategies to minimize compensation to their insured and or individuals that was severely hurt as a result of another individual's negligence. Understanding both aspects of law as well as soft tissue injuries on the human body Mr. Tom Mele began negotiating for plaintiffs law firms and has now become one of the top legal negotiators in the New York tri-state area. Mr. Mele continues to negotiate both high profile and minimal injuries sustained in all types of accidents to maximize the return which is duly owed to the insured and or plaintive in any accident situation. Currently Mr. Mele works with attorney Richard Coleman along with the law firm of Cammarasana & Bilello Attorneys at law with offices located in Suffolk and Nassau County.
